COVID Vaccine Locations and Testing

The Department of Health and Social Services established a number of  COVID-19 test sites throughout the state. If you have the following symptoms mild to severe, you may want to get checked for COVID-19:  fever/chills, cough, fatigue, shortness of breath, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion, headache, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea. Find a testing location near you. 

For those that are deaf or hard of hearing you can call 2-1-1 or text your ZIP code to 898-211, which provides accessible information.

In-Home Test Kits

Vaccine Information for 12 to 17 Year Olds  
Youth ages 12 to 17 can now take the COVID vaccine with written parental concent. Find Out More.  The CDC offers information on COVID vaccines for teens.

Coronavirus School Testing
Delaware Division of Public Health in partnership with Quidel will provide asymptomatic COVID-19 screening services to participating school districts. Students and faculty that opt-in to the COVID-19 screening program will be testing with Quidel’s rapid antigen tests to facilitate the re-opening of K-12 public schools in the fall of 2021.
